Description

The 2023 TRC Custom Luxury Houseboat is a one-of-a-kind floating residence designed for extended stays, entertaining, and comfortable off-grid living. With approximately 3,470 square feet of combined interior and deck space, it offers the feel and amenities of a modern waterfront home.

Inside are three private staterooms, two full bathrooms, an open living area, and a residential-style kitchen with Bosch appliances and custom cabinetry. Large windows provide panoramic lake views throughout the main living spaces.

The upper deck is designed for entertaining with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, refrigerators, dishwasher, fireplace, large TV, and extensive seating space. A 14′ x 24′ hydraulic swim platform provides additional space directly at water level.

A 10 kW solar system, lithium battery banks, Kohler generator, Starlink internet, and smart monitoring systems provide substantial off-grid capability. Twin Mercury 115 HP outboards provide propulsion, while hydraulic walkways and shore stays make the vessel practical for extended lake use.
